Nur Aniza Quantaniah binti Jusoh, is a senior lecturer at Department of Business Management, Faculty of Technology Management and Business, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Johor, Malaysia. She has been with  UTHM since 2003 up till now and have 18 years of teaching experience business related subjects such as accounting, finance, management, marketing and entrepreneurship subjects. Prior to her service with UTHM, she had three years working experience as accounts executive with Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) and later joined Ranhill Civil Sdn Bhd as project accounts executive for another 3 years. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Technology Management at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia(UTHM) specializing in Entrepreneurship. Her tertiary education started with a Diploma in Accounting with Universiti Teknologi MARA before continuing with her Bachelor of Business Studies(Accounting) degree at Massey . She then furthered her studies in Masters of Business Administration with Universiti Teknologi MARA.

Her current research interest is in small and medium (SMes )entrepreneurship, general marketing of SMEs, general consumer behaviour, halal consumer behaviour and financial management of SMEs.
