Course Information

Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia has a tradition of producing graduates with high technical skills. Our MBA programme aims to provide an integrated and relevant knowledge of business management and technical management. The programme is designed to produce graduates who are able to think critically, ethically and perform systematic analysis of complex problems, as well as provide economic solutions that are socially and environmentally responsible.

Our programme offers you the opportunity to reflect on your managerial experiences and extend your knowledge into new areas. Elective areas of studies include Technopreneurship and Real Estate. It exposes you to management theory and practice, technology-based learning experience, and strong networking ties.

Admission Requirement and Programme Structure

Local Applicant

We welcome local applicants to join MBA in University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. Our Master of Business Administration has received the full accreditation from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) under code MQA/FA 10711.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree with honours with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) 2.75 from UTHM or any institution of higher learning recognized by the Senate with a minimum of three (3) years working experience; or
Bachelor Degree with a minimum CGPA 3.00 from UTHM or any institution of higher learning recognized by the Senate and without working experience.

Interested candidate can apply for Master of Business Administration at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) via online application form. All applications including candidates’ credentials are assessed based on individual merit by respective committee.

International Applicant

We look forward for international applicants to join MBA in Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. We offes conducive environment for studies and various activities for international students. Candidates who fulfill the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) will be accepted.

Requirements

All International applicants shall meet the English entry requirement, which is either with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0. or TOEFL score of 550. An exception shall only be given to those applicants who received a bachelor’s degree from a university where English is the sole language instruction.
